The El Dorado County Home & Garden Show will be celebrating its 33rd year of successful Home & Garden shows on May 3rd-5th.
Held at the Fairgrounds in Placerville, the setting is beautiful in the spring, relaxed and popular.
Over the years the feedback from attendees has been positive, they appreciate the opportunity to
meet face to face with businesses, seeing and touching products up close and personal. They enjoy
being educated on different home improvement processes and new ideas. The show has a laid back
comfortable feel to it. By limiting “like” businesses attendees are provided with a good variety
of different types of businesses. Our vendors are happy with the results, they get the opportunity
to have ‘face time’ with qualified homeowners that are looking for home improvement products.
The last few years we have added a “Crafters” area, which our attendees always enjoy.
Based on a poll provided by an outside source in 2012, 85% of our attendees are between the ages of 35-70;
over 45% have an annual income in excess of $100,000; and over 75% are El Dorado County homeowners.
Because of the shows’ reputation, people know they can come to the show to find qualified businesses at a fair price.
The Home & Garden show publishes an exclusive home show tab, featuring articles
about participating vendors. Included with your paid booth is a business card size
ad in the tab. The Home & Garden show is promoted on television, internet, social media, print
publications and signage, targeting homeowners in the surrounding areas, resulting
in a typical attendance of 6,000-8,000 attendees.
Contracts must be complete and paid in full by April 1, 2013 to be included in advertising promotions.
The editorials in our exclusive home show tab are written about the businesses that
participate. If you are interested in being interviewed, please send us an
email. We will try to accommodate all requests, but cannot guarantee placement
in the final tab.
